Diaphragm Seals

Our range of diaphragm seals are designed for industrial applications where the process has solid matter, could solidify or crystalise or has a high viscosity.

Manufactured in 316L stainless steel as standard but available different diaphragm materials and coatings for greater protection. Available fitted to our gauges in all mountings either direct or remotely via a capillary.

Ranges: -1 bar vacuum to 600 bar pressure
Connections: threaded up to 2in bsp male or female. Flanged up to 4in.

Hygienic Seals

Manufactured in 316L stainless steel with flush welded diaphragm for a crevice free seal.

FDA approved white food oil filled transmission fluid fill as standard.

Available fitted to our gauges in all mountings either direct or remotely via a capillary.

Ranges: from -1 bar vacuum to 1000 bar pressure (depending on seal type and size)

Available in tri-clamp fitting, RJT ISS, DIN11857, SMS (both female and male), 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3in (dependent range). Homogenizer button and fish-tail design.
